Prof. Wendong Xiao, IEEE Senior Member The University of Science and Technology Beijing, China Wendong Xiao is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor, and director of the Collaborative Intelligent Sensing and Control Decision Laboratory at the School of Automation, University of Science and Technology Beijing.Professor Xiao serves as a senior member of IEEE, a member of the IEEE Interactive Wearable Technology and Equipment Expert Committee, the deputy director of the Intelligent IoT System Professional Committee of the China Simulation Federation, the secretary-general of the Health Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, consultant for the direction of active health in the National 14th Five-Year Plan, consultant of National Major Project of Modernization Technology and Equipment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, reviewer of National Engineering Research Center of National Development and Reform Commission, reviewer of Intelligent Manufacturing Major Project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, reviewer of Key Laboratory of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, responsible expert and reviewer of National Key R&D Program Project, and expert of Science and Technology of Military Commission Commissioned. Professor Xiao has long been committed to technological innovation, development and application promotion in wearable computing, health intelligent perception, wireless intelligent perception, big data processing, Internet of Things and information platform construction, etc; he chaired a number of landmark projects, such as key technology research on intelligent interactive services for healthy elderly care, user behavior analysis based on big data mining, application demonstration of the Internet of Things for smart elderly care by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and optimization design of energy harvesting wireless sensor networks; his projects have been supported by a number of national projects and enterprise cooperation projects, such as the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Singapore Science and Technology Agency. He has published more than 200 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and conferences, of which nearly 100 are included in SCI. |

Prof. Yulin Wang, School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. Yulin Wang is a full professor in the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. His research interests include image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on. He got his PhD degree from University of London, UK. He got his master and bachelor degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology（HUST）and Xi-Dian University respectively, both in China. Before joining the Wuhan University, he has worked in Hi-tech IT industry, including HUAWEI© and national research institute, for more than ten years. He has involved more than 15 national and international research projects. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang has published 1 book, and 50+ journal and conference papers, including in IEEE TIP. He holds 10 authorized patents. |

Prof. Shuwen Xu, IEEE Senior Member Xidian University, China Shuwen Xu was born in Huangshan, Anhui Province. He is an Engineering Doctorate and serves as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Xidian University. His main research interests are sea clutter sensing and detection of weak targets, and he mainly conducts research at the National Lab of Radar Signal Processing (Xidian University). Currently, he is the Deputy Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Information Sensing and Understanding, as well as the Head of the Department of Radar Signal Processing and Data Processing. Prof. Xu is a senior fellow of IEEE; a senior member of Chinese Institute of Electronics; a senior member of China Institute of Communications; an expert on the Science and Technology Expert Database, the Ministry of Science and Technology, China; an expert for the China Discipline Evaluation; and one of the first batch of Huashan Scholars at Xidian University. He also serves as a young editorial board member of famous domestic journals, including Journal of Electronics and Information Technology, Journal of Radars, Journal of Signal Processing, and Journal of Terahertz Science and Electronic Information Technology. Prof. Xu won financial support from McMaster University and continued his research at McMaster as a visiting professor. He was an affiliated researcher of the CLP Group. He won the title of “Provincial-Level Young Talent”, and was granted Undergraduate Teaching Award. He has published more than 100 papers and is holding 20 patents. He has chaired: more than 20 national-level projects that are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Defense, China; more than 20 projects on industry-university collaboration; and 8 projects on the reform of teaching. He has developed several sets of advanced software systems and hardware systems for sea exploration. |
Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Saxena, IEEE Senior Member Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT), Greater Noida Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Saxena is working as Professor (IT) and Director-IQAC in IMS Unison University, Dehradun, INDIA. He has received his Ph.D. degree in CSE from NIT Durgapur, West Bengal. He has received his MS degree in Information Security from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Prayagraj. He has received his B.Tech degree in CSE from U.P.T.U. Lucknow. He has more than 13 Years of Teaching and Research Experience. His areas of interest and research include Security and Privacy in Blockchain Technology and Cloud Computing, Architecture Design for Cloud Computing, Access control techniques in Cloud Computing, and Blockchain Technology. |
